A Message from the Team Leader…
I started in real estate with 3 main beliefs: my attitude is everything, my presence is my greatest attribute, and relationships are always more important than transactions. These helped me through an awful 41-day period where my best friend’s life was hanging on by a thread after a horrific house fire in 2012. I drove 1.5 hours to the hospital and then back to college three times per week to support him and bring his schoolwork so that he could graduate on time. It was the least I could do…he was only in the hospital because he ran back in the fire to save me.
I have carried these 3 beliefs with me since day one on the job and have implemented proven systems to grow a team that consistently outproduces much of the competition. Our mission is simple: exceed expectations so that our clients become advocates. We’re able to do this by doing the little things right. We have a “glass half full” attitude, we’re always around, and we value our relationships.
