Hayden joined The Rogers-Long Team in November 2021, the same year he graduated from Randolph-Macon with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Bringing a motivated, driven, and encouraging attitude to the team, Hayden worked as a personal trainer throughout college and continued this work post-graduation. Born and raised in Mechanicsville and a 2016 graduate of Hanover High School, he was a part of three state championship baseball teams with the Hawks. Prior to transferring to R-MC for his final year of baseball, Hayden attended Virginia Commonwealth University on an athletic and academic scholarship. Hayden developed a love of building relationships with his teammates on the diamond and a knack for encouraging others to achieve their best selves at the gym. He brings those skills to the real estate industry will full steam ahead. In his spare time, Hayden enjoys fishing, hiking, listening to podcasts, and you guessed it…lifting weights!
