Justin Clift
King
Born in Arlington and raised in Richmond, Justin attended Mill Godwin High School where he played football and baseball, winning the 1999 Virginia AAA State Championship on the diamond. Following high school, Justin attended Radford University where he served as a student assistant coach for the Highlanders baseball team and earned his BS in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education. After Radford, Justin attended VCU where he obtained his Masters in Sports Leadership and served as a baseball coach on the Rams’ 2005 CAA Championship team. In 2007, Justin joined the professional baseball ranks as the clubhouse manager for the Richmond Braves, capturing the International League pennant that year. Justin was then promoted by the Atlanta Braves and served as their Minor League Equipment Manager/Coordinator of Florida Operations. Following this 7-year stint with the Braves, he joined the Washington Nationals organization where he served as a clubhouse manager for the Potomac Nationals in 2015 and the Syracuse Chiefs in 2016. Justin went on to serve as the Head Football Equipment Manager and Director of Equipment Operations at the University of Richmond where he helped oversee a major athletics remodel of their equipment room.
In 2021, Justin received his real estate license and joined The Rogers-Long Team as a full-time Realtor. In 2022, Justin took over as “King” of The RLT, and assists our team in coordinating listings and transactions from contract to close.
Justin lives in Rockville and in his spare time enjoys hosting trivia, listening to music, and following professional football and baseball.
