  • No, getting prequalified by a lender is free of cost!

  • No! We can represent you in the purchase of a single family home, condo, townhouse, or a piece of land. We sell new construction, too!

  • Actually, it’s quite the opposite. Home buying is a process of elimination, not selection. Rarely will you find the perfect house. We will help guide you through this process to find the house that checks off as many boxes as possible. 

Selling

  • We will tour your home as a prospective buyer. If there are any minor repairs or improvements needed, these recommendations will be given immediately to make your home more marketable.

  • With over 100 people involved in a single real estate transaction, our team keeps everything and everyone in line throughout the transaction. We will communicate with you weekly, at a minimum, to keep you up to date on what you can expect. 

  • We will do the extensive research for you! This will allow us to review the comps in your area together so there is an understanding of your equity as well as honesty in providing the correct list price.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

  • New construction allows you to customize the design and features to your preferences, incorporate the latest technologies and energy-efficient options, and often comes with modern amenities and warranties.

  • We will begin by discussing your needs and preferences, determine a suitable location, secure financing, and then meet with a builder to choose/design a floor plan that matches your wants and needs.

  • The construction timeline varies based on factors such as size, complexity of the home, weather conditions, and permitting. On average, it may take six months to a year to complete a new home. We will work closely with the builder to ensure your timeline matches the builder’s timeline throughout the process. There are also “move-in ready” opportunities available for you to take advantage of a new build without the wait.
