    We will tour your home as a prospective buyer. If there are any minor repairs or improvements needed, these recommendations will be given immediately to make your home more marketable.

  • With over 100 people involved in a single real estate transaction, our team keeps everything and everyone in line throughout the transaction. We will communicate with you weekly, at a minimum, to keep you up to date on what you can expect. 

  • We will do the extensive research for you! This will allow us to review the comps in your area together so there is an understanding of your equity as well as honesty in providing the correct list price.
