Dawn Paciocco
Born in Atlanta but raised in Richmond, Dawn graduated from Hermitage High School and Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2016, Dawn and her family sold their former house and purchased a new one in Glen Allen with The Rogers-Long Team handling both transactions. The Paciocco family was impressed with The RLT’s systematic and energetic approach – so much that Dawn knew she wanted to be a part of the team someday!
After spending 17 years in the financial services industry, The RLT excitedly welcomed Dawn to the team in 2018 due to her fun-loving attitude and belief in the team’s mission to build an army of people that does good, becomes better, and strives to be the best. In the financial services industry, Dawn handled contracting and licensing, recruiting, and new business. Her experience with salespeople is one of the reasons she works as The Rogers-Long Team’s Client Care Coordinator as she assists the team with overall agent organization, marketing, event planning, and more.
Dawn currently resides in Glen Allen with her husband Scott, who has been Ben Rogers, Kevin Long, and Kaitlyn Gwaltney’s trusted Financial Advisor since 2014. Dawn and Scott have 3 children – Landon, Mason, and Harper and 2 dogs – CoCo and Macon. With three very active children, most of Dawn’s free time is spent watching her kids play lacrosse and baseball or shuttling her children and their friends to and from extra-curricular activities. Some of Dawn’s favorite things to do are going to the beach, gardening, traveling, and of course…wine!
