Kaitlyn Gwaltney
Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Kaitlyn graduated from Matoaca High School and Longwood University. While at Longwood University, Kaitlyn was the Treasurer for her sorority, Delta Zeta, started the Big Siblings program to help out local children in need, and was an Ambassador. Kaitlyn worked in the medical field for 6 years before deciding she wanted to shift her compassion and dedication to helping others in a different direction. After attending a training course that Ben Rogers was instructing in 2016, her interest sparked in joining The Rogers-Long Team. The RLT excitedly brought Kaitlyn on to work with buyers and sellers due to her humility, her inner drive to succeed, and most importantly, her fun-loving attitude. Kaitlyn is known by her clients as a caring professional ready to go to work on their behalf.
Since joining the RLT in 2016, Kaitlyn has won several awards. She was awarded the Hometown Realty’s “Rising Star” award (2017), the Hometown Realty’s Century Club Award (2018), Hometown Realty’s “Treat People the Way You Want to be Treated” Award (2018), and multiple Gold and Platinum awards for Sales Volume Excellence from the Home Building Association of Richmond.
In 2015, Kaitlyn married her high school sweetheart, Matthew. They currently reside in Ashland, VA, with their daughter, Lily, and dog, Moose – a 12lb. Shih Tzu. In their spare time, you can find The Gwaltneys spending time with family and friends, playing around outside with their daughter, or trying to find new destinations for “quick trips” for some quality time together.
